1. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of registration.
• All riders must be physically fit and capable of completing the full cycling distance.

2. Registration & Fees

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
• Full payment and fundraising targets must be met by the specified deadlines.
• Registration is non-transferable without written approval from the organizers.

3. Health & Safety

• Riders must wear helmets and follow Sri Lankan road rules.
• Participants are responsible for their own medical fitness and insurance.
• The organizers reserve the right to remove any rider for safety or health concerns.

4. Event Changes & Cancellation

• The route, schedule, or event may be altered due to weather, safety, or operational needs.
• In case of cancellation, refunds (if any) are at the discretion of the organizers.

5. Liability

• Participation is at your own risk.
• Ride for Ceylon is not liable for injury, loss, or damage during the event.
