A Journey of Grit, Grace, and Giving
Spanning three days and over 450 kilometers, Ride4Ceylon 2025 is a powerful cycling journey from Colombo to Manipay Green Memorial Hospital in Jaffna. The ride begins in Sri Lanka’s vibrant capital and heads north through Puttalam, known for its lagoons and salt flats. From there, riders travel inland to Anuradhapura, the island’s ancient spiritual capital, where sacred ruins echo centuries of resilience.
Day two leads westward to Mannar, a coastal peninsula rich in history, baobab trees, and migratory birdlife. On the final day, cyclists push through the arid plains of the north, crossing Elephant Pass, the symbolic gateway to Jaffna. The journey culminates in Jaffna, at the historic Green Memorial Hospital—a beacon of healing and hope.
Each kilometer cycled supports the hospital’s revival and the communities it serves. Ride4Ceylon is more than a ride—it’s a tribute to endurance, empathy, and the power of collective action.
